is a deep, complicated subject about which no intelligent person wants to make conclusive statements. I only want to present some of the aspects of this study that have influenced my approach to music.
Gestalt theory is one of the most basic ideas in this subject, which offers only low-level, fundamental observations about how our brain interprets sensory information.
